City Council under the snow

Three years exactly the "end of the world " according to the Maya , was held on the last City Council in 2009. After delivering the
scholarships to high school students , the board moved to discussion of the agenda. Here are the main notes:

BUILDING COMMISSION: ADOPTION
Reason contention was mainly the purpose and composition of the Building Committee (with the introduction of two "non-technical", which may contribute to the artistic decisions), and the desire to give a renewal of the historic center Castano.

Votazione ampiamente prevedibile, mi si permetta una sola nota: associare, come ha fatto il Capogruppo di Lega Nord, l'astensione dal voto alla volontà di "contribuire attivamente" all'operato della commissione... mah. A mio parere, astenersi non è proprio il miglior modo di dare un contributo attivo, be it positive or negative opinion! But of course this remains a personal opinion and debatable.
