2- Venerdì 30 will be held at 21 (also cited as Sergio) the next City Council. Find the agenda here
I read with interest the comment by an anonymous citizen on the still unresolved question of the Kindergarten. This shows two things: that the problem is still heard but are not always evaluated considering all the details. Certainly the most important thing is to safeguard the end user, ie children attending school and their families.
It has no additional space to meet the need. My view is that it is not the City Council who must take charge of that surplus.
Starting in fact from what our Constitution says (Article 118 paragraph 4 )"... state, regions, metropolitan cities, provinces and municipalities shall promote the autonomous initiatives of citizens, individually and in combination, for conducting activities of interest Overall, based on the principle of subsidiarity "would be fair to give a clear responsibility also Ente morale. OR Board recognizes that the inability to receive further user (Which must be distributed to other schools on a larger area), or calls to their members (too!) The ability to make infrastructure investments to "chase" this need. To date, the partners contribute the absolute minimum of the moral part to its economic management. And then the domada arises: is it right or not the government entity should still be responsible for any problems relating to the management of a non-state while elargente activity of general interest?
Again the state government had "acknowledged and supported" the legitimate needs, but faced with a clear commitment from the other side. The real solution is, as you can imagine, the establishment of one or more sections of the state school, not necessarily to be built physically, but have, for example, structures that are abandoned or divested, owned by the city ad hoc upgraded and made available for use and safety criteria Children and teaching staff (the latter at the expense of central government). This shift in thought and almost being built by the last city administration, would solve the problem in a more definitive emerged today. What is unclear is whether the current administration only pouring a much higher contribution for three years Ente morale, is unwilling to circumvent the necessary future investments (including the creation of the state school, for example with the procedures described above). If so, I would not agree. However, if the investment (legitimate) that you want to do is to "buffer" for the last time the problem, fielding other strategies, it changes course. City Council Friday, April 30th, maybe we can have some more information, see the new Convention is under discussion and approval.
