Then:
(1) In regulation for the operation of councils (art. 2 - point 1) is not about numbers but MINIMUM MAXIMUM (and equal to 11) on the number of members of the council. Just think that in social policies and Sport are 9 (as per appointment). The visit, according to the regulation, be established with the rest. If there are other documents to be consulted, rules or secret written annotations in black I would ask the administration to enlighten me .....
(2) If you really had to beg the boys to participate (if they succeeded) I dare not imagine how motivation and participate in the sessions. Better few but good, I feel like saying.
(3) If, as I suspect, the delay is due to the lack of boys representing Brown to live, this should not be an impediment for a consultation! The regulation, in fact, does not require to have participants who represent all three groups by the Board.
