In response to the petition referred to the object, seen as a first petition that the petitioner, we inform you that the Committee Board Member of the examination regulations and statute, which I invested on the petition, delivered on 17 February the requested opinion on the matter.
The committee evaluated positively the proposal to give adequate recognition in the municipal charter to the principle of recognition of good water as a public good essential.
The Chairman of the Rules Committee, which this is also for direct knowledge, is therefore invited to start work that will see the revision of the statute in its entirety, in order to adapt the legislation occurred to her approval, and it shall ensure adequate location to the principle above.
